A certification track for clinical work across the psychosis spectrum — Dr. Dyar's doctoral research, productized.
Six tracks, gated in sequence: Foundations, Assessment, Engagement, Stabilization, Sustainment, Systems. Clinical reasoning is scored against rubrics, not multiple choice — the way the work is actually judged in the room.
Recertification is annual, with a new scenario each cycle. The standard holds whether or not anyone is watching.
